Quaid-i-Azam University Announces Schedule of Winter Vacations

Quaid-i-Azam University has released the schedule for the upcoming winter break. 

As per an official notification, the university will be closed from December 26 to January 1, 2024, marking the winter vacations.

“The university will resume regular operations on Tuesday, January 2, 2024,” the notification stated. 

Last week, the Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) also declared winter vacations for all Private Educational Institutions (PEIs) in Islamabad, starting from December 25 and concluding on December 29.

Additionally, the caretaker government in Balochistan had previously issued a notification for winter vacations in educational institutions located in the winter zones of the province.

 According to the announcement, schools, colleges, and universities will remain closed for a period of 76 days, from December 16, 2023, to February 29, 2023.
