Oppo Find X7 Ultra is More Camera Than Phone

The upcoming Oppo Find X7 series has generated significant excitement, especially regarding the Pro model, which is rumored to showcase a dual periscope telephoto camera system, 100W charging capability, and a distinctive camera island in either circular or octagonal form.

However, the latest information clarifies that the octagonal camera design is reserved for the upcoming Ultra variant.

According to recent reports, the Oppo Find X7 Ultra is expected to feature an octagonal camera design, reminiscent of Xiaomi’s Ultra phones, with a substantial camera island that resembles a “camera continent.” Notably, a Weibo report by ‘Digital Chat Station’ reveals a unique feature for the Find X7 Ultra – support for satellite connection.

While Oppo had previously hinted at satellite messaging in the Find X7 series, the report specifies that this capability will be exclusive to the Ultra variant, with the standard and Pro models lacking this feature.

Additionally, both the Pro and Ultra variants are set to share the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and will incorporate a dual periscope telephoto camera system featuring 3x and 6x optical zoom capabilities.

In contrast, the standard version is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chip and will include a single 3x periscope unit.

Oppo has initiated the release of official teasers for the Find X7 series, indicating an imminent launch in China, likely later this month.

The anticipation continues to grow as enthusiasts await the unveiling of these innovative smartphones with cutting-edge features.
