As anticipation builds for the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 9, Quetta Gladiators has made a significant announcement, elevating the thrill for fans. 

The team revealed that former Australian fast bowler Shaun Tait will be joining their coaching staff as the bowling coach.

Quetta Gladiators shared the exciting news through a video message from Shaun Tait on their social media platforms. 

Tait expressed his gratitude, acknowledging the trust placed in him by Mr. Nadeem Omer to lead the bowling group, which includes talented bowlers like Mohammad Hassnain, Wasim Jr., and Mohammad Amir.

 He also expressed enthusiasm for joining the Purple Army this season, alongside the great Shane Watson.

Having previously played a pivotal role with Peshawar Zalmi in the inaugural season of the PSL, Shaun Tait left a lasting impression with his exceptional contributions.

 Additionally, he served as the bowling coach for the Pakistan national team in the past year. Notably, Shane Watson has recently taken on the role of the head coach for Quetta Gladiators in preparation for the upcoming PSL season.

These strategic appointments of two Australian cricket legends are poised to provide a significant boost to the Gladiators’ team, enhancing its strength and competitiveness for the highly-anticipated Season 9.
